Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments, such as service operations and logistics to facilitate the product/service delivery.
• Assist with preparation of documents to facilitate closure of sales orders
• Maintain prompt and accurate records

Pre-Requisities:

• Prior experience in a sales support, client servicing or administrative role
• Able to prioritise tasks, follow up on pending matters etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with clients including Greater China
• Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel in particular
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Distribution Revenue Budget for South East Asia.
• Analyze market trends to identify and leverage opportunities in the mass market through distribution.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities to drive growth in distribution accounts.
• Manage distribution networks and set clear KPIs for performance.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders within distributor partners.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and conduct monthly sales forecast reviews.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors to track performance.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders in mass market focus accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
