About the role:

The client’s Manufacturing Communications team is looking for a Site Communications Specialist to join their Singapore site within the Manufacturing Division. Key responsibilities include supporting and advising site colleagues/leaders in their communication efforts, enhancing content management and development, utilizing various communication channels, and implementing innovative solutions to engage both “wired” and “non-wired” manufacturing employees. Additionally, the specialist will assist with issues management communications and foster employee engagement across all levels and divisions within the facility.

The Site Communications Specialist will collaborate closely with the Site Communications Lead and work with colleagues across corporate and divisional communications, as well as functional leaders at the site.
