SUMMARY

THE ROLE

Draft transaction contracts for physical coal deals and if required, the confirmation notices for physical LNG deals to reflect both the commercial terms agreed with our external and internal counterparties and the relevant counterparty agreement, in a fit for purpose format and in accordance with internal guidelines.
Review counterparty’s transaction contracts primarily for physical coal deals (and if required, the confirmation notices for physical LNG deals) to reflect both the commercial terms agreed with our external and internal counterparties and the relevant counterparty agreement and comply with internal guidelines.
Work closely with all internal stakeholders to manage the physical contract workflow process from deal conclusion to final signature in a timely and accurate manner, ensure that all processes comply with internal guidelines.
Review all counterparty’s counters/suggested changes in the contracts/confirmation notices and make recommendations to the Trading and Legal with respect to their validity, ensure that the terms are acceptable in accordance with company’s policy.
Work closely with Legal on any legal or compliance issues that arises during reviewing/negotiating trading contracts

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors’ Degree from a recognized University
3-6 years of experience working in a physical commodity trading environment in trading contracts review, drafting and negotiation.
Understand the physical transaction life cycle within a commodity trading environment
Familiar with contractual terms, shipping terms and formats associated with the trading of physical coal and/or LNG cargoes.
Well versed in incoterms and its application.

Role Overview:

The role involves safeguarding systems, applications, and infrastructure through proactive vulnerability management, the application of security controls, secure development practices, incident response, and continuous threat monitoring. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external service providers to enhance the cybersecurity posture and align with best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Vulnerability Management & Assessment:

• Evaluate the cybersecurity aspects of design proposals across various systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Source, manage, and oversee external vendors conducting annual vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
• Review assessment reports and recommend remediation actions for identified weaknesses.

Implementation of Security Controls:

• Recommend and implement security controls based on industry best practices, standards, and guidelines (e.g., OWASP Top 10, NIST, CIS).

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related field.

Certifications:

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.

Experience & Skills:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with at least 5 years of relevant experience managing contractors and designing cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience in drafting tender specifications for vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and creating SOPs for incident response.

JOB DESCRIPTION.

DISTRIBUTION CENTRE OPERATIONS ;

· Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

· Manpower planning based on forecast and demand.

· Managing, evaluating and reporting on operations productivity.

· Tracking inventory levels, ensuring Inventory accuracy. Conduct timely inventory count and Generate reconciliation report

· Constantly work to improve processes and optimize employee work flow.

· Demonstrate Continues Improvement and problem-solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of process related

· Able to process data and bring visibility into freight trends (costs, volumes, performance, etc.) and drive improvement and / or corrective actions.

· Set up and coordinate in the selection of most efficient freight forwarder for designated routes by systematic RFQ process.

REQUIREMENTS
