What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain role.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication
• Good command of Mandarin as you will be working closely with the Shanghai office

· Enhancing and maintaining components in a comprehensive environment for systematic trading of risk. Components are built using modern C++ and python along with integration with q/kdb+ for analytics and user interfaces for command and control

· Analyzing business requirements with the Equity LOB, forming an architectural design, core development, and testing of low latency C++ components for activities such as market making

· Collaborating closely with our Site Reliability Engineering group to achieve industry leading reliability and scalability

What you'll need to succeed

· Extensive experience in C++ development on Linux

· Deep understanding of building quantitative Electronic Trading applications, with specific exposure to automated on-exchange market making preferred

· Automation first mindset across the software development lifecycle, particularly around shift-left testing

· Familiarity with Agile software development and associated best practices

· Enthusiastic, strong-minded person able to work closely with project teams in a multi-faceted role and help instill a responsible and professional culture

· Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical partners

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations;
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of the project;
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget;

• Arrange the courier services to collect the cheques payment from customers and email the cheques copy to Finance Shared Service Center if required.
• When received all AP & AR enquiry email, forward to Finance Shared Service Center
• Performing administrative functions such as scanning, filing, preparation, maintenance of schedules and listing.
• Raising purchase requisition for any Finance department purchases, communication and coordination among end users, Finance Shared Service Centre and Finance Affiliate etc.
• Arrange courier for finance & treasury documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Finance and Treasury.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in administration or in any related field
• At least 1 years of experience in admin
• Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills
• Good interpersonal skills
