We are representing our client, who is an established leader in medical device and laboratory equipment, to recruit for experienced Project Manager to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, and other systems.
• Management of projects undertaken by the company in Singapore or regional areas.
• Review tender documents and contracts related to the project.
• Plan and prepare schedules for project team at site.
• Attend regular meetings with consultant / client / main contractor.
• Support sales team from time to time.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health is implemented at site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in ACMV is preferred.
• Preferably with at least 10 years of relevant work experience handling projects.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
• Team player with a great can-do attitude.
• Outgoing personality.

Position Summary

• To plan, lead, organise and oversee the teaching and classroom delivery to achieve desired learning outcomes, and organise corporate activities that contribute to the success of the organization and increase customer engagement.

• To set the framework for the centre’s curriculum and pedagogy, ensuring that it is in alignment with MOE guidelines, the centre’s values to create an enriching and effective learning experience for Learning Point students.

Roles and Responsibility

1. To monitor and ensure lessons are delivered according to expected standards and desired outcomes through

• regular class observations

• regular trainings or workshops conducted for teachers and associate teachers (Eg. Value-added marking workshops, classroom management, parents management etc)

2. To maintain close communications with parents through

• meet parents meetings

• workshops for parents

• other written correspondence, eg. newsletters

3. To conduct regular review sessions with staff team to appraise and feedback on work performance and approval of leave teachers

4. To provide leadership to lead curriculum innovation, curriculum planning, curriculum design and research

5. To stay current with curricular trends and changes in Singapore and to ensure changes in MOE guidelines are integrated promptly into the centre’s curriculum

6. To plan, research and create innovative programme/materials that are in alignment with MOE guidelines and create an enriching experience for the centre’s students

7. Collaborate with the marketing manager to provide contents to develop marketing materials to promote a strong and unique branding of the centre’s programme

8. To actively scan the internal and external environments to identify potential problems and opportunities which can be addressed or capitalised to maximise the students’ learning experiences

9. To shape a culture of high competence, commitment and connectivity

10. Any other duties may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years managing a team of teachers

- Minimum 5 years teaching

- Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (Tuesday – Saturday)

- Able to work on selected weekday nights (2 weekdays 10am – 7pm, 2 weeknights 12.30pm – 9.30pm)

- Able to travel

Experience:

• Expertise in stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Proficiency in cutting-edge data science techniques, tools, and platforms.

Leadership:

Responsibilities

· Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets

· Understand and develop the Indonesia market, identify and convert target customers

Requirements
