Job Responsible:

• Track changes in macroeconomic policies, economic conditions, regulatory policies, market liquidity, and other factors, analyze and uncover market trends and potential impacts.
• Able to deeply study the fundamentals of the covered industries through big data tools to assist in the construction of target industries worth investing in.
• Real-time tracking of industry development trends and business dynamics of leading companies, timely communication, and reporting
• Create financial models and use big data tools to conduct in-depth research on the fundamental aspects of the covered industries, assist in constructing investment-worthy sectors.
• Build extensive industry connections, exchange industry research findings with investment banks, securities firms, and other institutions, discuss hot topics, with the aim of forming investment recommendations.

Requirement:

• University degree or above in finance/ statistics/ economics or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a buy-side research analyst preferably with a verifiable documented track record of strong stock picking performance, capable of independently conducting industry research projects.

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Production Trader to join one of its trading teams in Singapore. As a Production Trader, you will play a crucial role in day to day monitoring of all the automatons trading across all the Asian Markets.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring morning/evening maintenance operation
• Intraday monitoring of all the trading automatons: internal KPIs, Tower Risk Limits
• Ensuring intraday communication with the internal Compliance and Risk department
• Monitoring and Hedging some exposures manually
• Providing feedback and analysis to quants on algo behavior to help them improve models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of equivalent practical experience
• Good knowledge of Asian Derivatives and Cash Markets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and geographically distributed environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Good knowledge of both Equities and Equity Derivatives trading
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python and Bash

Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow management and task scheduling
