Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Operations, financial and program management – including but not limited to the creation of business cases and the deep understanding of the CX P/L.

School Attendant (Operations)

1.Cleaning of rooms at School’s compound at a block to be assigned by Operations Manager.

2.Early morning duties that include the following:

a.Disarm the School’s security alarm system.

b.Open school gates and all classrooms’ doors before students report to school.

3.Cleaning duties to support School’s general cleanliness, including:

a.Cleaning of rooms as assigned by Operations Manager.

b.Clearing the waste bins and disposal of rubbish from the assigned rooms.

4.Logistics support for school programmes and events (e.g. assist security guard to maintain traffic control during big events, arrange tables for school examinations, etc).

5.Has past working experience with reporting hours at 6.30am or earlier.

6.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

School Attendant (General Office)

1.Cleaning the rooms at Zhulin block where General Office is located.

2.Logistics support for school programmes and events, e.g. prepare the refreshment set-up, table arrangement, prepare goodie bags, etc.

3.Preferably has past working experience with reporting hours at 7.00am or earlier.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Administration Manager.

Job Purpose

Ops COO – NRU unit is the nostro reconciliation hub for DBS group. The unit has two functions:- Nostro account reconciliation & the Business Management Support (BMS) that manages static data, feeds processes and production of daily MIS. The main focus for this role is to perform the day-to-day reconciliations activities and conduct first level investigation on nostro breaks.

Responsibilities

• To have understanding on Nostro reconciliation processes and principles
• Perform Nostro reconciliations/investigations and ensure daily Service level Agreements are duly met
• Attend to BAU escalation and Nostro reconciliation enquiries, ensuring breaks
• resolution within reasonable timelines independently.
• To engage stakeholders pro-actively on Nostro reconciliation matters and provide support whenever required.
• Enhance Nostro reconciliation automation via close collaboration with stakeholders to create auto-matching rules
• Perform data analytics on internal and external data to derive actionable insights for process improvements and BAU issues resolution
• Performs the monthly General Ledger Attestation (GLAO) ownership process.
• Handling of ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations with experience in nostro reconciliation or banking operations, using SmartStream TLM system or other reconciliation systems will be highly beneficial.
• Ability to collect and analyse data and make recommendations.
• Able to independently engage Support & Business Units on reconciliation matters as well as to escalate and articulate issues and proposed resolutions.
• Essential that written, spoken and listening skills are very strong. Demonstrate effective presentation skills, comfortable with audience of senior level professionals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Projects a professional image at all times.
• Delivers quality portering services to patients and staff in the hospital.
• Provides portering services which include but not limited to patients, medical records, specimen, equipment, medication and blood products to and from the wards/ specialist clinics/ departments/ external centres in a safe and professional manner.

• Undertakes any other duties/ activities/ projects, etc. as and when instructed by the supervisor or management.

• Working Hours: 9am to 7pm / 12pm to 10pm / 10pm to 8am
