Job Responsibilities

• To prepare monthly statistical reports i.e. for BSC, MCM, etc.
• To assist in the collation and complication of data for MOH and internal department use.
• Assists to organize meetings; reserves meeting venues and minutes taking.
• To assist in preparation of presentation slides.
• To present the reports (i.e. BSC, PSS, etc) at meetings
• Support in asset tracking and monitoring
• Raises e-procurement or purchase requisition for department purchases, if required.
• Manage and schedule calendar appointments for HOD.
• Prepares for new hires’ on-boarding
• Maintain and update of staff particulars and PSA Leave records
• To support Emergency Planning activities i.e. Civil Emergency, Pandemic Outbreak, etc
• To participate in process and service initiatives
• To participate in corporate events, whenever necessary i.e. Outreach programmes, etc
