We are currently looking for Full Time Operations Executive to join our team.

The Role: -

The role is to ensure that Columbarium are well maintained and all arrangements are in place. In addition, the executive has to manage all events and reservations of the prayer services.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure Columbarium halls are cleaned and well maintained

- Ensure Maintenance of all proper records in accordance to regulatory requirements

- Be familiar with all aspects of funeral services of various religious and cultural norms

- Provide all assistance where necessary to the families of the bereaved

- Overview and Maintenance of building facility

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

- 2-3 years’ experience at a funeral parlour or in the funerary industry

- Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices

- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving and organising skills

- Conversant with basic computer software

- MUST be able to work on weekends and public holidays

- Experience with Columbarium niches are an advantage

- Those without industry experience but have an interest in elevating the after-life industry are also welcome to apply

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and file withholding tax returns every month, ensuring timely filing to the IRAS and adequate approval of journals
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of withholding tax filings and payments
• Address simple WHT queries from various departments
• Prepare and post journal entries for GST
• Perform quarterly Balance Sheet reviews
• Generate reports and prepare schedules for quarterly GST filing
• Collate information for property tax-related matters
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Basic GST, withholding tax and/ or property tax knowledge is preferred
• SAP S4 HANA knowledge and experience are a plus

Good interpersonal skills inclusive of communication skills, service orientation to patients, and internal stakeholder management

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month

Responsibilities:

· Assist in onsite audits/investigation for Homes/Shelters;

· Complete the post audit checklist and prepare Onsite Assurance (OA) reports

· Assist in follow-up with Homes/Shelters on lapses and recommendations to rectify them.

· Track MP referrals/ feedback and complaints;

· Assist in assessment for Guest-of-Honour invitations; and

· Draft submission for incident reports.

· Help in collation/tracking of data needed for planning of the measures;

· Coordinate any distribution of ad-hoc donated items such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs); and

· Coordinate meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Sociology.

· Comfortable with performing on-site audits or investigations for homes and shelters.
