Position Overview:

The Operations Executive is responsible for the overall strategic management and execution of core operational functions within the company. This includes leadership over Trip Support, Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations, Aircraft Owner Accounts, Crew Logistics, and the coordination of suppliers and vendors. The Operations Executive will ensure that the company's services meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management of Trip Support Functions

• Oversee the planning and coordination of flight operations, including route planning, overflight permits, ground handling, and fuelling.
• Ensure seamless execution of client trips by maintaining close communication with internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor regulatory updates in international aviation to ensure compliance

1. Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations

• Lead and manage the Medical Evacuation (Medevac) division, ensuring rapid response capabilities and adherence to medical and aviation protocols.

• Oversee pricing strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) for MedEvac operations.

1. Management of Aircraft Owner Accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, ensuring client satisfaction and operational transparency.

• Conduct regular reviews of aircraft maintenance status and liaise with technical teams for upkeep and service.

Aftermarket Sales Manager-Singapore Location

The Aftermarket Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for business development & sales initiatives for Bell’s entire aftermarket portfolio within their assigned region. This position will focus on new business development, customer relationship building, intelligence gathering, as well as identifying/supporting key customer accounts, win strategy & proposal development, and leading aftermarket sales growth initiatives in region. The ASM will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and aftermarket support teams. The ASM will proactively work with the Bell cross functional teams to ensure that MRO, Supply Center, Aeronautical Accessories (AA), CRO, Sustainment Plans, BTA, and Blades & Panels AOP targets are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for aftermarket business development and revenue growth for Bell’s portfolio of aftermarket services.
• Serves as the primary contact for customers for all aftermarket sales related opportunities.
• Supports regional funnel growth (initiatives, data analysis, data integrity) in Salesforce.com.
• Assists customers with identification of necessary parts and accessories as needed.
• Actively seeks and identifies cross-sell and up-sell service opportunities for aftermarket products & services.

Qualifications:
