Overview

In this role you will support the management in delivering quality assurance and customer satisfaction. You will be the expert in aligning company objectives by developing operational procedures and training outlet staff for optimising business and financial performance. Responsibilities

· Manage and be accountable for outlets’ overall operations

Specific Accountabilities

• Counterpart and deputy to Apple Head of Finished Goods, Asia Pacific

Skills Required

Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. The RDSO is expected to advance operational security and business relevancy while collaborating with the client, fellow RDSOs, Securitas business divisions, associate contractors, global business partners, and other supporting teams. Qualifications

- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers. The Duty Manager’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• meets or liaises with other executives or managers of the various departments to satisfy guests/customers' requests
• handle VIP arrivals
• manages security issues and any matters concerning guests’ conduct in rooms or public areas

• Conduct market research and network to identify business opportunities in the Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) sector, with primary focus on Cooling-as-a-service (CaaS) business
• Identify customer needs and build a robust opportunities pipeline across operational brownfield assets and under-development greenfield assets

Job Responsibilities

• Degree in Engineering, Science or technologically-related fields with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Master’s degree in business is advantageous

Job Scope & Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis by handling full set of accounts and ensure timely closing

- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables such as preparing quarterly GST submission and Corporate Tax submission & liaising with external auditor

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting policies and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.

3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in industries such as hydrogen, semiconductors, and oil & gas. Building relationships with potential clients. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific clients

4. Product Collaboration: Share customer and market insights with product teams to help improve and develop the product. Participate in product roadmap discussions to ensure alignment with market demands and business goals.
