What Will You Be Taking Charge Of?

Accounting

1. Bookkeeping, invoicing and maintaining accurate accounting records with Xero.
2. Processing bank deposits, sending reminders and reconciling financial statements to ensure cashflow efficiency.
3. Monitoring and reporting on budgets, including weekly cash flow forecasting and quarterly budget forecasting. That’s why we need someone with an eagle eye.
4. Preparing timely and accurate submissions for annual filing, tax compliance, GST filing and other corporate secretarial matters. This is where we need you to be responsible and proactive.
5. Timely processing of employee payroll, claims and submission of CPF. This is why we need someone responsible with an eye for detail. We all have families and financial obligations. It’s nice to be paid consistently and on time.
6. Managing obligations to suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure timely payments. Nope, we don’t delay payments as that’s not playing nice.

Human Resource

Office Admin

1. Assist in the preparation of corporate secretarial and legal documents. We don’t expect you to be a para-legal but we’ll need your help to keep the governance of the business in order.
2. Ensuring the smooth running of operations of the studio office to create a positive and conducive work environment for the team.
3. Any other administrative duties as may be prescribed by the CEO. We “sumpah” and pinky-promise we won’t overload you with unnecessary nonsense, but we’ll need you for some ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the office running.

The Strategic Communications Unit (SCU) is responsible for creating, implementing and delivering timely, clear, concise, and effective messaging and communication strategies to enhance the corporate profile of SNEF and promulgate SNEF’s key messages across all media platforms.

The SCU produces and disseminates information, messages and publications to relevant stakeholder groups through internal and external communication and works to raise the profile of SNEF internally and externally through the development of communication and media strategies that promote the mission of SNEF. The SCU will reside as a dedicated unit under the Policy Division helmed by the Head (Strategic Communications).

Job Description:

• Online comms specialist
• Plan, create and publish persuasive digital communication content for SNEF websites and social media accounts that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each online platform to grow an audience, build brand awareness
• Oversee site metrics for SNEF’s online platforms, interact with online visitors, and be responsible for creative design for SNEF’s online platforms
• Set up and optimise SNEF’s online and social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of SNEF’s social media content
• Use analytical tools to monitor and prepare report on the impact of online communications activities, reports on developments, trends and attitudes on issues of concern to SNEF
• Support the coordination and implementation of SNEF’s crisis comms strategy
• Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results and stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media

Job Requirements for Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Comms) – Online Comms

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (essential)
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills (candidate will need to go through written and oral presentation)
• Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
• Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
