Working as part of the Settlements Operations team, you will be responsible for validating/preparing and presentation of invoices and supporting documents including letters of indemnity within deadlines in accordance with business transaction procedures, covering a variety of products including Power, Gas and Metals / Concentrates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure pricing and due date calculations are in compliance with contractual terms

Technical qualifications and skills:

· Experience in preparation and presentation of invoices and supporting documents including letters of indemnity

· Comfortable in ensuring invoice data matches LC requirements

· Basic understanding of compliance procedures and issues in relation to Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering

· Basic knowledge of incoterms and its implications

· Knowledge of UCP 600

· Excellent attention to detail including data entry

· Experience in working in a fast-paced trading environment

· IT proficiencies in Excel and trading system

2nd role: Financial Ops- Trade Support

• Trade validationto ensure that all trades are accurately captured in ETRM
  
• Trade reportingto keep abreast on latest reporting requirements set down by local authorities for OTC derivatives
  to ensure compliant reports are sent to the authorities (eg MAS, ASIC) before the stipulated deadline
  to trouble shoot and liaise with internal/external stakeholders in event of mapping or mismatched issues
  to carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT), if required
  
• Review and propose appropriate enhancements to streamline processes
• Any other tasks as directed by your line manager.

Technical qualifications and skills:

• Fresh graduates with Degree and Diploma will be considered. Or you are a trade support operations candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Power & Gas, Env Products and Oil derivatives is advantageous but not necessary
• IT proficiencies on Excel Macro, VBA and any computer language will be an added advantage but this is not a must

• Monitor financial performance against strategic goals by providing financial forecasts, reviews and analyses.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and KSA:
