Job Responsibilities

- Assist Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions.

- Preparation of financial analysis and position trackers

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery

- Support administrative tasks related to account opening, client’s account review, documentation, and client servicing.

- Assist in resolving client enquiry, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Handle the complete scope of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporation, company strike off, drafting of routine directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, and lodgements with ACRA.

- Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents, ensuring clients comply with statutory requirements and government regulations.

- Compile financial statements and schedules for statutory audit, ACRA filing or tax purpose

We’re looking for:

- Poly fresh grad with diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in handling of full sets of Accounts

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Corporate Secretary Associate/ Executive/ Manager

5 work days, 9am-6pm, Raffles Place, $2500-$6000 (depend on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Law.
• Good knowledge of Companies Act is preferred
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Singaporean only may applied

Job Purpose:

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ corporate secretariat experience in a public listed company.
• Experience in Minutes Writing is a Must
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act, SGX-ST Listing Rules and Code of Corporate Governance (“CG”).
• Familiarity with CG guidelines and regulations issued by MAS is preferred.
• Good drafting skills.
• Meticulous and organised in documentation and record-keeping.
• Able to work independently yet be a team player to ensure that the department's goals are achieved.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Display initiative to ensure that work is done and completed within timelines stipulated.
• Be adaptable and willing to accept new duties and/or challenges that you may be assigned from time to time
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
