Mainframe Access Management:

• Manage and drive z/OS Unix (Mainframe Access Management operations and audits).
• Lead the completion of z/OS initiatives, including MFA and straight-through processing for IDM processing requests.

• Automate manual processes through scripting or via zSecure.
• Possess a strong knowledge of designing and reviewing RACF access groupings.

Technical Expertise:

Hardware Configuration:

• Experience with IBM z15 hardware and peripherals, able to perform hardware configuration changes using HCD/IODF.

Automation and Scheduling Tools:

• Experience with system automation and scheduling tools such as IBM System Automation, Netview, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (OPC).

Software Support:

• Familiarity and support of 3rd party software such as FileAid/Expediter, IBM Omegamon, RMF, ChangeMan.

Security and Compliance:

• Solid experience in mainframe security, RACF access controls, IBM zSecure, MFA.
• Provide process automation support and maintain SOP documentation.
• Support backup/recovery and disaster/recovery planning and testing.
• Support periodic system configuration reviews and audit reviews.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with zLinux and zVM will be advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a z/OS environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mainframe Security (RACF) administration/operations provided by z/OS UNIX system services (USS), CICS, DB2, and WebSphere MQ with hands-on regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Specific Tools Experience:
• Good to have strong experience with using zSecure Admin and zSecure Audit modules.
• Experience with IBM z15 hardware and peripherals, able to perform hardware configuration changes using HCD/IODF.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously review, develop, and enhance the security framework, information security policies, processes, and guidelines to align with industry best practices.
• Monitor information security alerts, triage, and effectively mitigate and escalate issues as needed to maintain a secure environment.
• Identify security gaps through comprehensive threat risk assessments, proposing and implementing effective mitigating measures.
• Standardize and refine security incident response and escalation processes for timely and efficient resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the IT infrastructure team to evaluate, implement, and enhance various security components, including network perimeter security, endpoint security, SIEM, secured remote access, MFA, Identity Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of substantial and proven work experience in cybersecurity management and security governance.
• Proficiency and deep understanding in a minimum of four security tools, with specific expertise in CyberArk and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent IT security certifications will be an added advantaged.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and conveying technical information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and security checks within the hotel premise and report any suspicious, maintenance and/ or hazardous concerns to the Security Manager
• Provide crowd and traffic control for VIPs and all official events of the Centre
• Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents to the Security Manager
• Prepare Incident Report pertaining to all safety and security related incidents after the necessary actions have been taken
• Manage undesirable behavior in a professional manner, intervene and defuse potential altercations
• Constantly remain updated on fire evacuation procedures, and handle catastrophic situations such as bomb threats and evacuation procedures effectively
• Oversee carpark operations and render assistance where necessary
• Assist Front Desk Office with luggage and transport arrangement duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Matured and positive individual with absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding confidential information
• Ability to maintain a sound sense of judgment in emergency situations
• Holder of a valid security license issued from the Singapore Police Force
• Completed WSQ Security module (Provide Guard and Patrol Services, Handle Security Incidents and Services, Recognise Terrorist Threats)
• Able to commit to rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
• Preferable First Aid, CPR & AED certified
• Working Location will be in Orchard area
• 4 days work week with 2 working shifts. (8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am)
• Fixed OT allowance provded
