Role: Business Analyst

Duration; 12months initial

Location: Changi, SG

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the CCTR application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.

• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.

• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team

• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.

• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.

• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.

• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

• Manage end to end project life cycle including deployment plans and live verification with users.

• Processing of invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring precision
• Review staff travel and entertainment claims to verify compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure proper coding of GL accounts, VAT, and segments in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the procure-to-pay process adheres to local documentation requirements.
• Assist with month-end and intra-month accounting tasks, including fixed assets, bank reconciliations, intercompany transfers, accruals, and prepayments, while coordinating with global Accounts Payable teams in EMEA and the US.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of accounts payable operations.
• Ad-hoc calls with regional team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Acocunts Payable
• Open to take occasional night calls
• Regional Experience

• Manage daily client interactions, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and timely completion of security system services.
• Understand each client's business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Requires knowledge and practical experience with security systems (e.g., Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems).
• IT/Network/Server knowledge is a plus.
• Transport allowance provided.
