Accountable for:

1. Look for opportunities to grow sales from existing and new accounts.
2. Manage the marketing of products in Singapore in the most cost-effective manner, consistent with overall Sika Group policies.
3. Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
4. Ensure customer’s requirements are adequately conveyed to the production and technical departments whilst embracing the order bank forecasting system (SMS).
5. Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to ensure that complaints are promptly and efficiently dealt with.
6. To submit highlights, projects confirmed and market intelligence on a monthly basis.
7. Ensure effective communications among colleagues.
8. Set standards of behaviour in your business life as a good example to the subordinate and reflect credibility on the image of the Company.
9. Obtain and update as a continuous process adequate market information and trends, together with competitors’ development and corporate directions in order to provide the Company with reliable background information on which to base marketing and product decisions.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

This position reports to the director of AFTERTASTE CREATIVE PTE. LTD. He/she will be identifying new business opportunities, facilitate the implementation of business strategies, negotiating deals etc. He/She will engage business development with customers aligned with company strategies to drive new growth areas, acquiring new businesses, new customers and profitable business and also to cultivate and maintain relationships.

JOB SUMMARY

· Lead engagement with Vendors for development of analytical tools
