We are looking for a motivated and highly experienced Singapore Compliance Officer and Financial Crime professional who will will help promote a sound Compliance culture across both Convera Singapore Pte Ltd (major payment institution) and Convera Singapore Financial PTE Ltd (capital markets services licensee and exempt financial adviser) through ensuring that there is an effective Compliance program that enables employees to take informed, risk-based decisions as they execute their business plans. In this role you will:

• Participate with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Provide oversight support for daily membership operations for Statutory and Associate Members, including areas pertaining to onboarding of members, invoicing and reminders for membership fee arrears, management of membership exemptions including audit checks and service delivery processes.
• Work with the Director, Membership Operations & Services and the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve membership growth in line with SBF’s targets.

Systems and Process Improvement:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Pre-sales (VGS) in the Asia Pacific region that is a self-starter, hands-on, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is client-facing and focuses on the pre-sales, solution design and technical development phases of an opportunity by supporting our regional frontline sales functions.
