The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Liaising with Project Team / Consultant / Client / Sub-contractors to perform QS works intendedly.
• Check the main contract document to advise and minimize the main contract risk.
• Provide SOR/Cost Estimation when required.
• Procurement sub-contractors / suppliers/specialists, follow up & Formalisation Agreement promptly
• Responsible for measuring quantities, taking off, and preparing main progress claims, variation claims, and evaluating sub-con variation claims promptly.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, and final accounts,
• Prepare sub-contracts and sub-contractor/suppliers/specialist payments and settle disputes and final accounts with consultant/client.
• Assist on tender works may required.
• Assist project team on VE items
• All other QS-related assignments

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience with building construction, preferred experience in full QS role in A1 Main-con and/or in large Residential Project
• Familiar with Form of Contract (Redas, SIA, and/or PSSCOC) and SOP Act
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Able to work independently

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 7-10 years of experience in System Administration.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
• Must have experience in AWS services including deployment and management of Cloud Infrastructure.
• Must have strong understanding of Linux server administration, with scripting proficiency in Bash.
• Must have experience maintaining efficient and developer-friendly CI/CD workflows, and optimizing build times.
• Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Must have solid knowledge of virtualization and networking concepts, including firewalls, DNS, and load balancers.
• Experience in Monitoring and Analytics with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Opensearch/Elasticsearch for monitoring, logging, and visualization.
• Experience in Containerization Technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Good to have hands-on experience in OpenShift.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership in Biodiversity: In collaboration with the Enterprise team, design and implement terrestrial, aquatic and marine biodiversity baseline surveys to meet regulatory requirements and international best practice as defined by local regulations such as the Biodiversity Impact Assessment, and international frameworks like the International Finance Corporations (IFC) Performance Standards (PS).
• Collaborate on Proposals and Projects: Work with the regional team on Environmental and Social Impact Assessment proposals and projects.
• Conduct and Supervise Technical Analysis: Perform and supervise technical analyses for various studies such as scoping studies, ESIA, critical habitat assessments and development of implementing documents such as offset management strategy and biodiversity action plan.
• Drive Proposal Preparation and Project Execution: Lead the preparation of proposals and the execution of moderate to complex projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, and/or Environmental Management.
• At least 6 – 10 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment. Work experience in a consultancy firm with exposure to EIA will be an advantage.
• Field experience in conducting marine and/or terrestrial biodiversity surveys.
• Significant experience in an international environmental and sustainability consulting environment, with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in the environmental and consultancy space, and demonstrated skills in EIA and/or other technical environmental and sustainability consulting projects
• A proven project manager - liaison with client, project team, government authorities and subcontractors as required.

-Manage restaurant liability through human resource standards, safety and security.

-Maintaining high standards of quality control and restaurant hygiene.

-Train and develop staff

-Manpower planning.

-Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan).

-Events management (Staff briefing, preparation and execution of event).

-Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu.

-Responsible for monthly Inventory submission.

-Managing Epoint. Recording and placing new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc.

-Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)
