• Develop and implement sales strategies and goals for Ebb & Flow Group to drive revenue growth and market penetration
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including owners, chefs, and purchasing managers
• Conduct regular market research and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and potential risks
• Generate new sales opportunities and prospects to establish and expand our client base by acquiring new accounts
• Create and maintain client database via our CRM system, ensuring all relevant client information is captured in an accurate and complete manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and procurement, to ensure smooth order fulfilment, delivery, and client support
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of contract negotiations while ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profit margins
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with key industry stakeholders, increase our brand visibility, and put our products on the map

Who we are looking for:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist!

Your Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and create compelling content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok ect)
• Plan and manage social media campaigns that gives insights into the Finance industry
• Developing a content calendar to grow our audience
• Assist in media photoshoots, handling photo/video editing and graphic/web design
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest potential marketing strategies

Our Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications of GCE A level/Local diploma
• Proficiency in relevant softwares (Photoshop, Premiere pro, Adobe ect)
• Prior experience would be a plus!
