Achievers Dream Learning Centre recognizes the influential role of social media in shaping trends and connecting with audiences. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will play a key role in our social media strategy, working to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and the creation of viral content.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and craft engaging, original short-form video content for TikTok that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Stay abreast of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments to seamlessly integrate relevant and timely content into our social media strategy.
• Execute end-to-end video production, encompassing filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, ensuring the delivery of engaging content.
• Experiment with diverse video styles, techniques, and formats to maintain content freshness and appeal to a broad audience.
• Actively engage with TikTok followers, monitor comments and trends, fostering a sense of community and driving meaningful interactions.
• Analyze video performance metrics and insights, adapting content strategies to boost engagement and facilitate growth.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of TikTok Content Creation, supported by a portfolio showcasing your ability to generate viral content.
• In-depth understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture.
• Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.
• Strong visual and storytelling skills, exhibiting an eye for detail and an ability to capture attention quickly.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

We are looking for a suitable English Language Teacher on a part time or internship basis to conduct teaching and curriculum development. He or she should be able to speak and write English at a high level of competency and a passion for teaching.

• collaborate with the team to developing curriculum and content
• be comfortable with leveraging technology to enhance the classroom learning experience
• engage with parents of students whenever needed
• be willing to familiarise yourself with the MOE syllabus
• plan and review lessons as a team
• be part of online content development
• teach, co-teach and/or assist in an average of 9-12 classes a week (including cover classes where needed)
• take up administrative or operational tasks/roles where necessary
