As a Marketing Intern at Mavis Tutorial Centre, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop key skills needed in the marketing field. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in basic video and photoshoots to produce content for our social media channels, website, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Support in curating, planning, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers and answer enquiries through social media, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate responses to enhance customer experience.
- Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Provide assistance on various tasks as needed, including research, event support, data entry, and other marketing or administrative duties.
- Project Assistance: Work closely with the marketing team to assist in campaign planning and execution, providing fresh ideas and supporting materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Basic Content Creation Skills: Familiarity with video and photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
