F&B Management Trainee

Working Hours: 6 days rostered work week

Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2700-$3300

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 1 year F&B experience
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Focus mainly on Service/ FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen/ BOH. May cover Kitchen/ BOH if operationally required
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Descriptions

• Cashiering, taking orders from customer & delivery platforms
• Assisting with shop operations & ensuring smooth operations
• Preparation of condiments according to SOP
• Housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, washing and cleaning.
• Ensuring a neat, clean, hygienic & tidy workplace at all times
• Perform opening & closing duties
• Managing customers queries if any
• Provide good customer service
• Positive work attitude & able to work as a team

Attention to details are expected, candidates with the necessary experience and education background will be considered for a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE roles.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Conduct one-to-one therapy sessions.
2. Provide individual therapy.
3. Employ intervention strategies for child development.
4. Prepare and maintain student data and records.
5. Administer assessments and evaluate student progress.
6. Collaborate with families of children with learning challenges.
7. Conduct lesson plans and create learning aids.

Competencies to Learn

• Understand various learning disabilities affecting behavior, memory, and learning (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, GDD, learning deficits, and autism).
• Learn strategies to improve sensory and perceptual-motor skills, language, cognition, and memory skills.
• Understand how to tailor interventions to meet individual needs.
• Incoporate sensory activities and stimuli within the gym setting to support children in regulating their sensory systems while engaging in physical activity.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood, Linguistics, Sports Science, or related fields.
• Experience working with children is an advantage.
