Competency Integration Across HR Touchpoints

• Update job descriptions to be aligned with defined functional and leadership competencies

• Collaborate with People and Culture team to refresh performance appraisal and promotion criteria to be competency-based

Project & Change Management

• Align key metrics and processes with the learning management system’s features, where necessary, perform enhancements to system

Job Holder Requirements

• Good Bachelor Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resource, Organizational Development, or Adult Education

• Track record of leading and managing L&D projects and initiatives end-to-end

You will work with the Business Office Manager in studying, planning, organising, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures, and internal controls for all billing, account follow up and financial counselling activities. The Laboratory of Surgical System & Service Innovation (3SI) is a multi-disciplinary laboratory that provides a platform for cutting-edge surgical health services research that informs healthcare systems, policies, and programs to provide high-value, patient centered care for patients and their families undergoing surgery.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, meticulous, and responsible research fellow or senior research coordinator with expertise and experience in qualitative research methods to complement the team. You will be part of a holistic clinical and health services research team whose mission is to improve clinical outcomes for seriously ill patients in surgery.

Among others, your role will focus on qualitative and ethnographic research, and this may include assisting with study design, implementation, in-depth qualitative interview, coding, and qualitative analysis.

Main Requirements

You will be part of the Singapore Cardiac Data Bank (SCDB) team and are responsible for timely and accurate collection of clinical-grade data of cardiac procedures and entry of data into the database on a routine basis. Your duties include resolving data queries, mentoring new on-board data co-ordinator colleagues, and drafting and revising case review forms and data collection protocols with the clinicians’ inputs. You are required to work closely with biostatisticians, fellow clinical data co-ordinators and data quality auditors to ensure accuracy and consistency of data collection.
