Common Core Cluster Operations and Admin Centre (CC COAC) provides operations and administrative support to 2 schools: the School of Mathematics and Sciences (MS) and School of Life Skills and Communication (LSC).

MS offers core and elective modules in mathematics, statistics, physics, IT and programming, and data analytics for all students in engineering, technology and business courses in SP. LSC anchors the foundational modules taken by all SP students. The school is committed to develop critical and creative thinkers, confident communicators and self-directed learners ready for life, work and the world.

The incumbent will be part of the CC COAC team which provides administrative support to the various functions for both MS and LSC at cluster level. He or she is expected to work closely with all levels of staff and the schools’ external stakeholders.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:-

Manage stakeholder enquiries through SP’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, phone enquiries and attending counter duties
Provide administrative support to adjunct lecturers (ALs) including processing monthly claims and creation of letter of appointments
Plan, coordinate and implement internal and external school and cluster events such as staff welfare and team-building events
Procurement and management of office equipment and resources
Review, enhance and develop processes and services to support operations of both schools
Maintain various school/cluster databases

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

At least 4-8 years’ relevant work experience in office administration and provision of secretariat support
People-oriented with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, independent and a team player with good event organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe applications. Proficiency in other digital platforms such Power BI and Padlet would be an advantage
Knowledge/experience in student management systems/processes would be an advantage

Successful applicant will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.

What you will be working on

Initiate and facilitate industry consultancy project(s) in the areas of digital marketing, e-Commerce and digital content production;
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of industry consultancies projects in digital marketing, e-Commerce, and digital content production;
Mentor and guide students participating in industry consultancy projects;
Conduct lectures, tutorials in business related subjects such as Marketing and Communications & Media Management;
Develop relevant teaching materials for subjects which include setting of assessments;
Enhance the quality of lesson design and delivery (e.g. e-learning, tutorial etc) through implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies and methods;
Design, develop and deliver customised workshops for adult learners;
Undertake additional duties as assigned (eg academic related work, student/outreach activities) and contribute to poly-wide/school-wide events and/or activities.

What we are looking for

Academic training in business related discipline
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and e-Commerce Specialist with a track record of delivering successful projects
Strong digital content creation skills, with experience using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premiere
Proficient in e-commerce implementation, with hands-on expertise in utilizing e-commerce implementation tools, such as WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
Adept in executing digital marketing strategies, demonstrating hands-on proficiency in utilizing tools like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
A team player with strong communication skills and passionate in interacting with both re-employment and adult learners
Ability to perform in a fast-paced yet collaborative work environment.
Have strong industry linkages and ability to manage and support industry projects
