Responsibilities
The Senior Operations Executive (Customer Service) oversees and manages all aspects of customer support operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing deliveries, and overseeing order management processes.

1.Customer’s enquiries

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Pre-requisites

Position purpose

Part of The Global Distribution team, the Area Asia Pacific GBU Pharma Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing the GBU business plans that align with our corporate channel strategy involving the Outbound Channel. The role

The Senior Account Manager will be the key project contact with internal teams, clients and other agency partners/vendors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all projects. In addition to managing external client work, another key part includes overseeing key internal platform/application projects to drive operational excellence and innovation.
