The role will provide administration support in Marketing and Admissions department and to provide comprehensive services to students and staff and maintain the applicable student management systems at Curtin Singapore.

DUTIES:

Student Contracts and Student’s Pass Management

• Update student’s records status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record.
• Process Student’s Pass applications and Student’s Pass cancellation for each study period on SOLAR+.
• Maintain records of the application, payment, approval, and formality completions of Student’s Pass.
• Ensure all Student’s Pass changes have relevant approvals in line with policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student’s Pass requirements.Student Contracts

Assist in the preparation and checking of Student Contracts.

• Execute student contracts in accordance with the procedures and in line with policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student Contracts policies and procedures.

Others

• Ensure file circulation to relevant departments is conducted timely.
• Maintain student’s medical insurance coverage records.
• Provide student services support on Student Contract and Student’s Pass enquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong, effective and enduring partner relationships Curtin Singapore stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Admissions Officer.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential:

• A diploma (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal effectively with stakeholders by phone, e-mail and in person.
• High-level computer skills including an understanding of and experience in using various student management systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a high-quality client-focused service.

First stage: Project Coordinator

• Work closely with the project manager to assist in planning, developing and implementing R&D or customer-related projects.
• Assist to identify key stakeholders and required resources, evaluate technical solutions.
• Closely monitor critical actions and escalate issues proactively to project manager for removal of project barriers.
• Maintain documents associated with the scope of new projects, objectives, processes and outcomes.

Second stage: Project Manager

• Take a leadership role in the implementation of new projects by setting up project plans, tracking action items, coaching engineers, and providing regular guidance to ensure project success.
• Identify potential problems and establish contingency plans based on risk assessments.
