Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Services Sales Specialist. Job responsibilities include:
- Responding to WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook & TikTok messages
- Selling and closing sales from the above channels
- Ensuring customer satisfaction during their interactions with us
- Once foundations are set, you will be expected to maintain a CRM software and periodically check in with our clients to keep retention rates high
This job will mostly include being on your laptop/phone for long periods. However, take note that this is NOT a work-from-home role.
Working Hours (6-Day Week)
Monday to Saturday
10am to 6pm
Qualifications
- Strong Texting Phone Etiquette skills (Use of languages, periods & emojis)
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- A strong command of the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the hotel, customer service, or e-commerce industry is a plus
Remuneration
- A base salary will be provided, but do note this is a commission-based role where you will be rewarded based on the number of customers closed
- We expect around 100+ messages per day, and our typical close rate is around 15%-20%
