Requirements:

• Possess degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in related field, of which 2 years is of managerial capacity.
• Prior experience in digital marketing strategy.
• Proficient in SEO, Woocommerce, Shopify, Wordpress.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to handle a small team.
• Self-driven and motivated.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global IT Head, Digital Applications

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the IA strategy and Target Operating Model.
• Producing a sustainable, future-fit Intelligent Automation Roadmap that aligns with ASM’s strategic objectives
• Acting as the central governance body that interfaces into existing architecture, strategy and governance bodies within ASM; they will ensure standards are defined in alignment with regulatory and internal operational risk requirements.
• Acts as the internal foundation for knowledge and expertise by constantly reviewing market developments, ensuring best-in-class services are provisioned and consumed by ASM CoE community
• Be a change agent promoting an automation culture across ASM
• Drive the education of the IA technology across ASM
• Leading a cross-functional IA team responsible for delivering the strategy, delivery, and operation of CoE. This includes, but not limited to;
• Architecture standards, policies, and processes will be used across ASM to ensure global alignment of Automation platforms, processes, and people.
• Developing a portfolio of best practices to be consumed by all business units and functions
• Introducing new IA services via Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV)
• Key Operational support for live automations
• Ensuring benefits are defined and realized in line with defined automation business cases to meet CoE KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Computer Engineering
• At least 10 years of IT working experience
• At least 5 years managing technology Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Management, RPA, Process Mining, etc.
• At least 2 years in a team supervisory, lead, or management role.
• Demonstrable experience leading global, cross-functional teams
• Demonstrable experience working within multi-national and diverse organizations
• Excellent understanding of Operating models that are commercially focused and sustainable to enable rapid growth and expansion
• Demonstrable experience in applying Agile methodology or DevOps in Automation projects.
• While programming knowledge is not required, a demonstrable interest in and/or experience with Automation & Enterprise Technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps/Automate, SAP iRPA, K2, BPM tools, Microsoft Workflow Foundation and Azure low code stacks )
• Experience building and running Global Centralized or Hybrid CoEs with either on-shore, near-shore or offshore models

The IT Team Lead/Assistant Manager will assist with the conceptualization, proposition, sourcing, implementation, support & upgrade of new or existing IT systems in a timely & cost-effective manner, to support Care Corner's evolving strategy to deliver services more effectively in an increasingly digitalised & connected world.

This role will provide business, technical & administrative support to internal teams, vendors, funders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, both for IT system/project implementation as well as day to day IT operations, including contracts and subscriptions, data protection and cybersecurity, as well as end-user support and training.

The IT Team Lead/Assistant Manager will report to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, and may have direct or indirect reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Identify, propose and initiate IT projects and activities within Care Corner, involving services, tools and platforms, with quantifiable & significant gains on cost efficiency, process effectiveness, and resource productivity, as well as benefits to the business & operations of Care Corner, while adhering to security and data protection standards.
• Optimize, and automate, where applicable, data design and process flow across various systems to facilitate timely data analytics and planning. Systems include those used in Care Corner as well as those external to Care Corner, such as service provider and government systems.
• Manage systems/project implementation, including timeline, milestones, resource plan, scope of work, budget, and change requests, etc. You will also account for income received and expenditure incurred, as well as process payments, contracts/subscriptions and internal billing, where applicable.
• Source for and engage with vendors to facilitate optimal use/integration of IT solutions, platforms, and services.
• Create, review, revise and enforce policy, best practices and standards for IT systems, services and architecture.
• Support overall Care Corner IT architecture and ensure that it is kept up to date, secure and well documented.
• Provide excellent team leadership and mentoring, including effective communication, team building and coaching.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Care Corner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in information technology or equivalent together with significant experience in IT solution design and delivery, and/or project management involving off-the-shelf, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS &/or bespoke solutions.
• Well versed in the system development lifecycles and their relationship to project delivery methods including waterfall and agile.
• Technically sound in one or more of the core components of Care Corner's IT architecture, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Salesforce and Wordpress.
• Strength of character with confidence and credibility with ability to challenge issues and positively influence their resolution, coupled with humility, respect and empathy.
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to structure and articulate messages effectively to different audiences at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the underlying problem is understood, and a robust approach / solution is developed.
• Demonstrated significant experience in people management responsibilities and/or allocation of resources within a department or project environment.
