Detailed Scope:

1. Manage Prefabrication Factory/Yard reporting to Project Director, overseeing prefabrication production of MEP modules and manpower planning.

Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and advancements in the MEP industry, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the production process.

Develop and implement processes and procedures that are compliant with industry standards and best practices, including those set by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and other relevant regulatory bodies. Implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) to Field technology, which involves the use of 3D modelling software and mobile devices to facilitate communication and collaboration between the design team and the production team.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments in MEP design and construction, including automation, prefabrication, and modular construction techniques.

Primary Objective
