Job Descriptions:

• Oversee, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Group’s product line in the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with respective Business Units to align marketing initiatives and sales goals, ensuring support for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
• Develop, review and update promotional materials such as brochures, product images, and other materials as needed to increate product visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience.

Job Requirements:

Job Summary:

The Hostel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining facilities, handling guest relations, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:Oversee daily operations of the hostel, including front desk services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
   
2. Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise hostel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
   Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.
   
3. Guest Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend is fine too but we will compensate more for people who can work on both weekends.
