• Working with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop construction plans and schedules.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget by managing daily operations such as equipment maintenance and labor scheduling.

Sales Skills

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Ability to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and follow up on leads, whether through cold calling, networking, or using digital marketing tools.
• Consultative Selling: Listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Ability to assess a client’s space and recommend design or renovation options based on budget, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Negotiation: Ability to discuss prices, terms, and conditions with clients, while ensuring the company remains profitable and the client is satisfied.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone inquiries and follow up with the respective sales staff concerned. Administer inventory control of collateral materials under Sales & Marketing Department’s jurisdiction.
• Responsible for constant update and improvement to the department’s administration
• and filing systems.
• Generate month-end Production Report, Overview Report, Daily Business Mix Report, Budget Report, etc. Attend meetings and training whenever required.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior diligently and professionally.

Job Descriptions :

Perform Human Resource tasks, include:

1) Recruitment - Interview job applicants, review applications/resume, evaluate applicants' skills and

make recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.

2) Maintain and update employee data, information and HR related documents.

3) Process monthly payroll and claims in accordance to Company's payroll processing sysle.

4) Manage employee feedback and grievances.

5) Administer and liaise with authorities for all HR related matters such as work pass application,

labour surveys, worker levy matters, HR-related government grants and subsidies, employee

personal taxation, student internship follow up and others.

6) Review and implement HR policies and procedures to meet Company's business goals and objectives.

7) Evaluate and arrange training for employee where necessary.

8) Assist finance department for data entry.
