This position includes handling phone reservations and inquiries, greeting and directing guests to their rooms, and managing orders for food and beverages. This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.
