You will be located at one of Allkins Mental Health Service Centres. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, managing appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
The work location of the receptionist could be based on either locations:
- MHS Centre@Sengkang (Blk 193 Rivervale Drive)
- MHS Centre@Ang Mo Kio (Blk 323 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Address inquiries about services and direct visitors accordingly
- Manage phone calls, emails, and mail
- Handle deliveries and efficiently distribute correspondence
Administrative Support
- Assist with maintaining staff contact list and client records in line with confidentiality policies
- Coordinate staff appointments and meeting room bookings
- Assist with meeting room setups whenever required
Facility Management
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Monitor office equipment and arrange for maintenance when required
Candidate Profile:
- GCE O Level or NITEC in Business Admin Services or other relevant qualifications.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
