Within the global production and country strategy and guidelines, the Plant Manager, directs, plans, organizes, develops & controls all activities of the Operations function (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, Engineering with some being direct some dotted line reporting) in order to meet short, medium and long-term goals, whilst complying with Quality Assurance and customer requirements, rules, laws and regulations.

Defining the short, mid and long-term strategy and set up of the Plant, defining and participating in valuable Capex projects:

· Maintenance and equipment management: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production processes.

· Inventory management: Monitoring and managing raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels and prevent stock outs or overstocking.

· Main stakeholders: Sales, R&D, Central Planning, Supply Chain, Regional Quality and Food Safety, Engineering, Finance in order to deliver the Required Service to the customers, creating new products, to achieve high performances with a good Cost Control.

About you

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or similar Technical field

· Minimum local language fluency plus English (advanced)

· Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite, SAP Systems and other applications used in manufacturing e.g. scheduling, CMMS, MES, etc.

The Contracts Manager reports to the Managing Director and assists in all costs and contractual issues in Main Contract as well as Sub-Contracts connected to the project.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

• Study the tender documents, drawings, specifications, source for suppliers and subcontractors and collate pricing for comparison.
