Key Responsibilities

• Configuration of Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/ Cloud PABX, Network Switches etc.
• Provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting.
• Validate System Design Documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a proactive approach and positive attitude.
• Continuously acquire and update product knowledge in line with industry trends.

• At least ITE with minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data project, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, troubleshooting LAN/VoIP systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in IT and communication system/PABX is required
• Alcatel, Mitel and Yeastar PABX knowledge will be an added advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our Distribution partners. You will collaborate with teams in Engineering, Business, and Product Management to use technologies for our internal or external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will own the technical execution and work with business operations to distribute products such as Chrome, Lens, Android apps, and more. You will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, solutions, and serve as a partner and consultant. You will also build tools and automate processes, oversee the technical execution and business operations of our products, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

• Work with our Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams. Develop solutions, provide consulting services to our partners, build relationships, and know the partner's needs.
• Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues.
• Propose, design, create, and present proof-of-concept prototypes and demos to a variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
• Perform implementation reviews. Advocate for new product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
• Deliver business intelligence. Use internal and external data sources to provide data insights to support decision making.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• 5 years of experience working with systems (e.g. Linux, Unix).
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to present to the technical level audience.

Responsibilities:

• Apply functional specifications and use engineering tools to design hardware for product changes and new development
• Assist in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires basic knowledge of materials, components, and their applications
• Assist and participate in testing and test results analysis for assigned projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• Basic skillset should be to design various tools & equipment with latest industry/design codes and analysis
• Knowledge on CAD packages like SolidWorks are preferred
