Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. YOUR ROLE:

The Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support an on-premises cloud infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. The person will also implement cloud-related and DevOps technologies such as AWS/Puppet/Chef/Elk/Azure/Openstack. Senior DevOps Engineer will be expected to conduct workshops with client to identify their challenges, come up with transformation roadmap and deliver technical solutions while coaching delivery teams on DevOps best practices.

Position summary statement:
