Job scope:

- Report and communicate with Japan management team

- Formulate and recommend policies, objectives and long-range plans to ensure the most effective operation of field sales activities. Disseminate and ensure compliance with approved policies, objectives and plans.

- Plan, control and direct activities of the field operations to obtain maximum sales volume and required Company standards of quality, service and cleanliness and to develop maximum sales potential and profitability.

- Oversee store repairs and maintenance program to ensure provision for efficient and effective preventive and breakdown maintenance in minimizing disruption to restaurant operations.

- Report on operating results, comparing actual performance with budget and established ‘objectives’.

- Prepare annual/quarterly budgets and submit to Japan for approval

- Recommend and implement corrective profit action as required.

- Carry out Business Development Role

- Participate in and, where appropriate, initiate investigation and planning associated with market development (new restaurant built, image enhancement, relocation), restaurant design/layout and equipment evaluation.

- Liaise with and ensure that all service functional areas provide required support to restaurant operations in achievement of the Department’s objectives (Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Food System and Shop Development).

- Partner with Marketing and R&D departments to formulate plans to improve the branding.

Requirement:

Objectives of this role

• Take responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs
• Coordinate and reporting development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets
• Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and direct sub-contractors to ensure project completion within timeline and budget
• Liaise with HQ for Quality Control inspections and closure of such reports.
• Prepare progress report and follow up on site progress & quality.
• Monitor progress, review and manage approval of shop drawings and materials for Civil Structure projects.
• Customize the quality manual to suit contract specification and develop a project quality plan.
• Monitor and maintain site safety in compliance with site Safety Standards & Procedures
• Monitor site progress in line with MS Project or MEP schedule.
• Site coordination and sequence of works and monitor progress & quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent with min 5 years of Project Management experience
• Knowledge in Design and Auto CAD (3D) for Civil Structure in building construction

• Able to work night shift and weekend when necessary.
