KeyStart is a home ownership programme supporting families with children living in rental communities who aspire to own homes. Job Responsibilities:

1. Programme Development and Implementation: Assist in the development and enhancement of the Keystart program to address the needs of target beneficiaries and support the implementation of the program. 6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential family records, documenting progress, interventions, and outcomes.
7. Research, Evaluation, and Development: Prepare reports on programme activities, outcomes, and recommendations for program improvement. Pursue practice research to strengthen the department’s evidence-based practices.
8. Supervision and Training: The Senior Home Ownership Specialist is required to conduct relevant in-house training for internal staff and external practitioners or volunteers and provide practice supervision (both individual and group based) to Junior Home Ownership Specialists. He/She will plan and implement professional learning and group supervision for the team and assist in building the team towards fulfilling professional growth and development. He/She will ensure work processes are in alignment with the department’s SOPs and policies.
