About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. The position holder is responsible for checking the engineering datasheets of designers when required, assisting the production team, and E & I contractor(s) in technical clarifications and solutions to solve site problems, and assisting the commissioning team to solve E & I engineering problems

Main duties:

- Service engineer is assigned to perform tests, maintenance, repair, inspections, fault-finding and troubleshooting of installed components of marine EGCS (exhaust gas cleaning systems).

Additional tasks:

- Service Engineer (when / if needed) may be assigned to support internal and external stakeholders by providing technical support and solutions and taking ownership of assigned support cases.

Hard Skills:
