Job Description
(a) Report and assist Project Director (PD) or Project Manager on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals;
(b) Responsible for construction planning, scheduling, baseline programme and tracking of projects, as well as co-ordination with consultants, contractor & supplier;
(c) Monitor project development schedule and report site progress according to submitted baseline programme;
(d) Assist PD or PM in collations of project progress reports e.g. Monthly Report, VO Management, EOT Assessment, Project Progress Updates, etc;
(e) To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation;
(f) Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;
(g) To assist Contracts Department on the preparation of tender including drawings, method statements, proposals, programme, and preparation of claims, etc.;
(h) Liaise with Client’s Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule;
(i) Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements;
(j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Primavera P6 Certification.
