The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. · Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications
