Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant and Chauffeur to provide comprehensive support to a Country Representative. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of personal assistance with driving duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and a reliable driving record while being able to handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the employer.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize calendars, schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential and personal documents and records.
- Assist in translation to the country representative.
Chauffeur Duties:
Safe and Efficient Driving:
- Drive the employer to appointments, events, and other destinations in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and charge the vehicle for daily use.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, washing, and ensuring the car is always in excellent working condition.
- Arrange for any necessary service or repairs, keeping the vehicle in top condition.
2. Route Planning:
- Plan and navigate the best routes for timely arrivals, considering traffic, road conditions, and scheduling needs.
- Monitor and adapt to any changes in travel schedules, ensuring punctuality.
3. Discretion and Privacy:
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and privacy while transporting the employer or guests.
- Be discreet about personal or sensitive information encountered during the course of duties.
4. Emergency Response:
- Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, ensuring the safety of the employer and passengers.
- Know how to respond to unexpected situations such as traffic incidents, breakdowns, or health-related emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in personal assistance or chauffeur training a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years in a personal assistant or chauffeur role, or similar experience in customer service or executive support.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic office software.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safe driving practices.

Physical Requirements:
