We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our software products for healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical understanding and business acumen, with a proven track record in managing software products from conception through launch and beyond. • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to align with business goals.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, using these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features for growth.
• Own the product's P&L and drive product as a business, collaborating cross-functionally with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and profitability. Monitor product performance, set KPIs, and adjust strategies for market fit.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Prioritize features and create user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria for the development team and ensuring a focus on customer-centric solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest WSH Act at all time

Job Requirements

• Hold a degree in any discipline, with relevant professional experience (Preference for experience in social care (SPED) or the visual and performing arts industry, although not mandatory).
• Performing Arts and Visual Arts backgrounds/experience will have an added advantage.
• Possess strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and tenacity in pursuing programme objectives.
• Adaptability to fluid environments, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic settings.
