Job responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a commendable executive chef to manage our kitchen staff and to resolve kitchen issues swiftly. The executive chef attracts and retains staff, maintains a cooperative relationship with team members, optimizes staff productivity, and serves as a replacement in team members' absence. Overview for the role:

Provide back-end operational support, assist the Account Manager in managing/maintaining customer relationships; daily schedules of technicians; follow up with necessary logistics and procurement; and conduct product training for technicians and Customers.

Operational Support:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.
• Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team.

Customer Relationship Management:
