Requirements

• Singapore qualified lawyer: Associates who are newly qualified (NQ) or up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (2PQE) in commercial disputes / Counsel with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (2-5PQE) in commercial disputes.
• Candidates with experience working on high-value and complex commercial/civil disputes and international arbitration matters are preferred.

You will also undertake non-contentious work acting for shipyards and shipowners in drafting and negotiating contracts including shipbuilding contracts, charterparties, MoAs and contracts of affreightment, or traders in their long-term supply contracts.
