Responsibilities:

E-commerce Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Management (50%)

1. Pick & pack ecommerce orders into small parcels in a fast and accurate way.
2. Process orders from ecommerce platforms and liaise with couriers for pickup of orders.
3. Prepare stocks and accessories for ad-hoc marketing campaigns / events.
4. Inventory update, tally and quality checks.
5. Manage inbound and outbound of goods.
6. Other general assistance for the operations department as assigned by the supervisor.

Logistics, Supply Chain (50%)

1. Coordinate documents with suppliers and forwarders for sea freight shipments.
2. Follow up with all parties to ensure timely submission of all documents.
3. Update on vessel ETD/ETA/any delays and status of cargo clearance.
4. Coordinate with logistics partners for B2B & B2C order fulfillment across the markets we operate in.
5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any operational issues that arise on B2B & B2C orders.
6. Ensure fulfillment service levels as per target and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
7. Support any other supply chain related scope, inventory planning etc.

Requirements

1. Spoken & Written Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers.
2. 1-2 years in any supply chain / operations related role is a bonus
3. Attention to detail and efficient
4. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email etc)
5. Good learning attitude and quick learner
