Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and a keen interest in current marketing trends
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

What You'll Do:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets with the Project Manager/Director that will impress the clients
• Pitch innovative event concepts or trends to potential clients, showcasing how we can elevate their brand through unforgettable experiences
• Set clear project milestones that align with what the clients and the business want to achieve
• Be the point of contact for clients and cross functional crew, keeping everyone updated and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way
• Support the Project Manager/Director with the day-to-day execution of events, troubleshooting any challenges that come along the way
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and find smart ways to save without compromising the experience
• Ensure processes are implemented in every aspect of the events meeting client expectations
• Share regular updates with management about event progress, successes, and what's next
• Constantly look for ways to improve the event planning processes and share best practices within the team
• Stay ahead of the game by exploring the latest social media trends and event innovations
• Create post-event reports with insights and takeaways for future projects

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of event / project management experience in client facing role
• A natural flair for pitching and selling creative event ideas
• Attention to detail, well organized and able to juggle multiple events simultaneously
• Strong communicator with awesome people skills
• Team player who can work well with others
• Experience managing event budgets
• A problem-solver who loves analyzing challenges and finding creative solutions
• Knowledge in using social media platforms and simple editing tools like Canva to create content when needed.

Job Description：

• Oversee the daily operation of opening and closing of classes
• Contribute to the team effort by performing other job-related duties as required.
• Analyse purchasing data to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Utilize data to track facility usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Use data visualization tools to make complex data more accessible and understandable.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present data insights to management.
• Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
• Work with business partner to develop。
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast business outcomes.
• Assist in admin team support.
• Any other duties assigned by MD.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
