Customer Service Executive - Imports
· Prepare proper import shipping documentation and liaise with shipper, consignee, various authorities, shipping and overseas agents and execute the freight operations in a proper and efficient manner
· Review of customer enquiries for the company’s import freight and logistics business scopes
· Prepare quotations for customers (Nomination / Delivery - FCL / LCL)
· Perform proper clarifications and negotiations with customers on the proposals submitted
· Review of customer orders to ensure no difference in proposals/quotations offered and customer orders
· Liaise with various logistics appointed subcontractors and execute the supervision and management of related logistics services delivered in a proper and efficient manner
· Initiate proper disposition action for nonconforming services
· Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management
· Perform any other duties assigned as and when required
