Reporting directly to the C-Suite of the Company, the HR Assistant / Executive shall be responsible for the development and management of all Human Resources matters, strategies, and initiatives of the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
- Design employee compensation and benefits packages.
- Support and contribute to various key HR initiatives and programs such as performance management review, employee handbook, SOP and policy management, and employee relations.
- Administer and update employee database and personnel files timely and accurately
- Manage recruitment matters and manpower planning
- Conduct job interviews and prepare letters of employment, confirmation, increment, promotion, and termination.
- Staff onboarding – orientation, workstation, laptop, phone, stationeries, business cards, etc.
- Responsible for resignation process and updates and conducting of exit interview
- Monitor the Dependency Ration Ceiling (DRC) or Quotas stipulated by MOM
- Oversee Work Pass matters by adhering to MOM and Company’s procedures, and keeping track of expiry, cancellations, renewals, and/or conversions effectively.
- Responsible for coordinating and submitting documents to Payroll
- Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation of the statutory requirements
- Manage all matters involving government organizations including the Ministry of Manpower and other affiliated organizations
- Assist in HR-related grants
- Work closely with Safety, Health, and Quality personnel to address workers’ accommodation in-house and external dormitories
- Manage employee-related issues and disciplinary matters
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
- IHRP Certification preferred
- Preferably 4 years of experience in handling HR duties
